English Pathway Program

English Pathway Programs make it easier for students from non-English backgrounds to get ready to study at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.

This English Pathway Program is designed for students who need extra time and training to meet our English proficiency requirements, and who would like to benefit from additional transition time and academic preparation before full-time studies.

The English Pathway Program is a language, academic, and cultural immersion program offered by ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and Mount Allison University. Students from any part of the world can attend this program if they have a stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone to participate in classes.

The English Pathway Program includes:

  • Online level-specific English and academic skills classes.
  • Engaging activities introducing students to the history, culture, and geography of Atlantic Canada.
  • Guest speaker series to educate students on services and supports available through ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and other local organizations.
  • Career development skills to prepare students for job opportunities.

If you successfully complete the English Pathway Program:

  • You will get direct unconditional admission to ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ if you meet the College's academic requirements.
  • No additional TOEFL / IELTS / Duolingo tests will be required.
