Flags to fly at half-mast for Day of Remembrance
In recognition of ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s inaugural Day of Remembrance, flags at all ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ locations will fly at half-mast on Thursday, June 9.
The Day of Remembrance honours the memory of all members of the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ community who have passed. Quiet spaces will also be available for staff and students who wish to gather and reflect together.

Flags will be lowered annually on the first Thursday in June at all ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ locations in recognition of ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s Day of Remembrance.
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ campuses are located on Mi’kmaq, Wolastoq and Peskotomuhkati homelands. Since 1726 this land has been subject to treaties that are still in effect today. We are grateful to learn together on this land and do so guided by the original spirit of those treaties - peace, respect and friendship.
