*Before starting the training, completion of one of the following Food Safety courses is required. (pdf).

Payment of course fees will be due by Thursday, April 17th, 2025. We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or cheque payable to New Brunswick Community College (ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳).
Participants must be able to receive instruction, respond, and research in the English language.
Withdrawal/Refunds: Requests for withdrawal from Continuing Education courses must be made within 20% of course duration. Refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process. An administrative fee may apply.
